Guild Rules

1. Squire - New recruits who don't have special rights or permissions. (Level 0)

2. Sentry - First level of membership, obtained by completing all 3 requirements:
o registration on the forum and post in "All about you" section.
o Joining Swarm channel (alliances)
o Joining Guardian channel (fanclub/alts)
No special rights, but he is a Full Guardian Member now. (Level 1)

Ranks 1 and 2 are under try-out perdiod. During this time the newcomer is monitored by Officers. If the newcomer fits into the guild athmosphere and behaves well, he/she can get full membership. In other case, Guardian is not the suitable guild for this player.

3. Guardian - Has to be at least two weeks old in the guild and prove him/herself active (ingame and forum). The Guild Master (GM), the Elders and the Veterans decide who becomes Guardian. If someone thinks he has been overlooked, he can talk to us. (Level 2)

4. Champion - Has the right to recruit, change cadre notes of players. Has access to a special channel. Has to be four weeks in the guild, over 20 years IRL, special contributions to the guild (ingame and forum). It's GM, Elders and the veterans who decide who becomes a Champion. (Level 3)

5. Veteran - Has supplemental rights: can kick players from the guild, can change ranks. Has access to another special channel. Has access to the special part of the forum. Has to be two months in the guild, over 20 years IRL, real dedication to the guild (ingame and forum). It's Guild master, Elders and the Veterans who decide who becomes a Veteran. (Level 4)

6. Elders - They have almost the same rights as the Guild Master, except Guild Castle. The maximum number of Elders in the guild is 4. They are chosen by Guild master together with the other Elders. (Level 5)

7. Guild Master - Aplodi. All rights. Period. (Level 6)

If a guild members offends another guild member in any way, he should get a warning and at 3 warnings he will get banned from the guild.

List of offenses:

Inappropriate Character Names
Names containing insulting, racist, sexist or offensive language, and names which are designed to mimic administrators, moderators, or other falsified official positions are not permitted.

Language
Participation in abusive, defamatory, sexist, racist or profane language; disparaging any religion, race, nation, gender, age group, or sexual orientation.

English
The official language is English. Please refrain from using any other languages in the forums and in the game.

Spamming, Trolling, Flaming
Spamming: Sending or posting numerous and/or unwanted and disruptive amounts of messages;
Trolling: Stirring up trouble to incite disruption.
Flaming: Making insulting criticisms or remarks to incite anger.

Impersonation
Impersonation of officials or official positions, including ROM developers, administrators and moderators.

If a guild member will not log in to his character for 21 days (3 weeks), he will be kicked from the guild.
However if a guild member leaves on vacation or can not log in for a long time because of some other reasons, he will not be kicked if he makes a post on the forum.

Any dispute or conflict that lasts longer than 1 day should be taken to the Forum, so that we can all together try to solve it.
